Every third party that touches your data, what it handles and where it runs. This list is the whole list.

Draft, pending legal review. This describes how Evidence Bank actually works today and is written to be accurate, but it has not been reviewed by a solicitor. Have it checked before relying on it in a contract.
Sub-processorWhat it doesWhat it seesWhere
VercelApplication hosting and server functionsEverything passing through the application, plus standard request logsServer functions in London (lhr1)
NeonPostgreSQL databaseAll stored content: evidence, insights, opportunities, bets, outcomes, boards and accountsLondon
AnthropicFinding observations in a pasted transcript, and answering questions from your evidenceOnly the text involved in that request: the transcript you paste, or the records relevant to a questionUnited States
Voyage AIMeaning-based search (converting text to vectors)The text of records as they are indexed, and the words of a search queryUnited States

AI processing is optional

Anthropic and Voyage AI are only involved if the AI features are switched on for your team. With them off, no record or query text leaves the application, transcripts are typed in by hand, and search matches words rather than meaning. Everything else works the same.

Transfers outside the UK

Anthropic and Voyage AI process in the United States under standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum. Your stored data stays in London; only the text involved in a specific request is sent, and it is not retained for training.

Changes

If we add or replace a sub-processor, this page changes first and we will tell team admins at least 30 days before it starts. To be told directly, email hello@chrisberridge.com.
