Questions we get asked
- How is a team counted?
- A team is a product team with its own evidence, categories and admins. People within a team are not charged separately.
- What happens to our data if we stop?
- You can export everything, and we delete it on request. Nothing is held hostage to keep you subscribed.
- Is our evidence used to train AI models?
- No. Transcript extraction and answers use Anthropic's API and embeddings use Voyage AI, both configured so your content is not used for model training.
- Can we self-host?
- Not today. The application is a standard Next.js and PostgreSQL stack, so it is possible in principle — worth a conversation if it is a requirement.
